Since 2006, Bibenda has awarded the Casina Tangari Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the 5 Drops, the highest rating of Excellence. Positioning itself among the 7 best Apulian farms Tasting note of Bibenda experts:

Casina Tangari Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been reviewed with a flattering judgment also by the important Slow Food Guide.
The Casina Tangari (variety Coratina; bt. 0.75 l) has an inviting olfactory entrance, fresh with clean and fragrant vegetal notes. On the palate it exhibits a bitter, firm and at the same time strong backbone, supported by a spicy bottom pleasantly distributed in the fluid and flowing dough. Long, balanced, completely balanced finish.
